Designer Events and the Designs Library

Group saved designs under competition weekends and batch-print master-plan PDFs from /designer/events.

Designs library tab

  • Search by course name, standard, or level.
  • Open any saved design directly in the designer.
  • Link to event pre-selects the course when creating a new designer event.

Trashed courses stay in the Dashboard recycle bin — only active designs appear in the library.

Designer events

  1. Click New event and name your show weekend.
  2. Tick the courses to include (or link from the library).
  3. Set Batch PDF options — cover, master plan, build table, technical details — matching the Export panel defaults.
  4. Click Export PDFs to download one master plan per course with shared event metadata on the cover.

Tips

  • Save your preferred page selection once; it persists on your profile for both the designer Export panel and event batch export.
  • Pair events with Show Manager when you need entries and scheduling — designer events focus on course PDFs, not live scoring.
