The exchange
- We help design or review your season courses in YardForge (BS/FEI checks, related distances, multi-role PDFs).
- You print the plan or schedule with a clear Designed with YardForge mark and link to yardforge.co.uk.
- No fee for design support under this programme. No exclusive contract. Use any other tools you like.
How it works
- Email hello@yardforge.co.uk with your club or show name, season dates, and roughly how many classes need plans.
- We agree a simple scope for the season (review existing tracks, or design new club heights in the free designer).
- You keep the free designer, watermarked or clean PDFs as your plan allows, and add a clear “Designed with YardForge” mark plus yardforge.co.uk on printed plans or schedules.
- Partner clubs are listed here only when they join and say yes to being named — we never invent logos or endorsements.
What you get
- Related-distance checks grounded in the same model as the free browser designer
- Live FEI / British Showjumping planning-aid validation (always confirm against the current rule book)
- Multi-role plan PDFs (master, athlete, builder, judge) for the secretary desk and gate
- Optional link from your show page when you run entries on YardForge
Honesty
Open offer from YardForge. Not a British Showjumping, FEI, or Pony Club endorsement. Independent planning aid only. Partner list stays empty until real clubs opt in.
FAQ
Is there a fee? No fee for design support under this programme for one UK season in exchange for the mark on printed plans.
Do we have to use YardForge for entries? No. Use the designer and printed plans even if your entries stay on another system.
Can we keep our existing course designer? Yes. There is no exclusive contract — review help is optional alongside your own process.
